Metropolitan home ownership services reserves the right to gather information relating to site usage. Calling Metropolitan
From December 5, 2016 we will record outbound calls that we make (we do this already for inbound calls) to help us improve the service we provide. Recording calls means we can monitor them for training purposes. It also means that if customers aren’t happy with a call or the advice given, we can listen back, making it quicker and easier to deal with any complaints.
Freedom of Information
Metropolitan home ownership services are NOT a 'public authority' as defined by schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Act - including the general right of access - does not apply to the Group.

In the interests of good business practice, public trust and being transparent about our policies and procedures, the Group has decided to comply with the The Act as if it where a 'schedule 1: public authority'.
